Sore Throat Pain

Sore throat is a common reason for throat pain. Usually, a sore throat is bad first thing in the morning and gets better through the day

Here are some things that you can do to provide relief to the throat pain: gargle with a glass of lukewarm water to which a spoon of salt is added, suck throat lozenges, and avoid fruit juices, increase your intake of fluids.

As it is said, prevention is better than cure. So, try not to catch a cold and save yourself the suffering of throat pain. The best way to do this is to cover your mouth with a tissue of hanky when coughing or sneezing, wash your hands with soap regularly, and not touch your eyes or mouth.
